1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HappyTeams website (happyteams.ai) and platform operated by HappyTeams Corporation, a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

HappyTeams provides an AI-native HR and sales intelligence platform. Access to specific features may require a subscription or participation in our Founding Partner Program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Reverse engineer any part of the platform
  • Use the services to discriminate against individuals in violation of applicable law

5. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the HappyTeams platform are owned by HappyTeams Corporation and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

6. AI and automated decisions

Our platform uses AI to provide predictions, recommendations, and workflow automation. All AI-generated actions follow a human-in-the-loop model: the system proposes, you confirm, and then it executes. You retain full control and responsibility for decisions made using our platform's outputs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyTeams Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes.
